job description:
this is a part-time job with the reis china team within the research dept., jones lang lasalle. we prefer the intern to be in the final year of his or her program. interns are required to work at least three days a week from approximately oct 2014 to april 2015, with the possibly of converting to a full time role upon graduation. this job is an opportunity to become acquainted with real estate research methods and to get professional exposure in an international real estate services provider. for those who enjoy excel modeling, urban planning, and have superb attention to detail, this is an attractive opportunity
daily tasks
- coordinate and assist with data collection
- ensure data integrity and quality
- communicate with tier 2 and tier 3 local offices to solve problems
- reporting to manager
required skill sets
- very good communication skills are a must
- superior competence in ms excel; competency in word and powerpoint.
- critical thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to apply logic
- self-motivated, able to work independently and also effective in a team environment
